The First Aid at Work course delivered by World Security Group is an in-house training programme designed to equip learners with essential lifesaving knowledge and practical first aid skills for workplace environments.
This course is delivered in line with current first aid best practice and workplace safety expectations; however, it is not a regulated qualification and is not accredited by an awarding body. It is suitable for organisations that require practical first aid awareness and competence without the need for a nationally regulated certificate.

What you will learn
Learners will develop practical skills and confidence in managing:

CPR and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Unconscious casualties and recovery position

Choking

Severe bleeding and shock

Minor injuries including burns, cuts and fractures

Head and spinal injuries

Common medical emergencies such as heart attack, stroke, asthma, epilepsy and diabetic incidents

Training is delivered through practical demonstrations, scenario-based learning and instructor guidance to ensure learners can apply skills confidently.
Course Duration

Certification
Upon completion, learners receive a World Security Group Certificate of Attendance confirming participation in this in-house first aid training programme.
